My "self -realization"
I have heared adults complaining about the hardship of raising children, the sacrifice etc. Raising children is a lot of work but I have experienced it as an easy burden. I have heard about "self -realization". How important it is to "do the things you like". I like to spend time with my children! They are my true self- realization. When you have lost a child life comes into perspective. We have been blessed with 4 children and they are all marvellous! Listening to them has given me so much happiness. The time we spend together with our children must be priorited!
Everywhere Jesus walked lots of people followed him. All the commotion upset his diciples. They wanted to protect their master and decided to send the noisy children away. Jesus stopped them saying: "Allow the little children, and don't forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these". "Verily I say unto you, who so ever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein" ( Mat 19,14 & Luk 18,17 ). Children are pure and holy. We can learn a lot from them. They are Gods gift to us. When children die they go straight back to God. There is nothing "between" a child and him.
If you are a parent know that you have recived the gratest gift! In this life you have the highest responsibility raising up your child. This takes all your effort! But if you base it upon Gods love, AGAPE, the burden get so much lighter! Children know when they are being loved. When you give your child "Agape" it will set them free! This is exactly what Jesus thaught on the mountain ( Mattew chapter 5 ).
We have experienced the love of God in Esther`s life! It set her free, more free then I could ever imagine.... The people that met her can surely verify this! She was so filled with LOVE that her cup was running over...
Sickness has many implications. In the Bible we hear about the good shepard and that one lost sheep. Thinking back upon those 1,5 years when we fought for Esther reminds me of that story. And the truth in it: the Loving parent will leaw the healthy ones and carry the lost/ injured/ sick. I wish I could be more around...
I sincerely do not belive that my beloved daughers death was" Gods best ". If there is one quality that defines Him its LOVE. Way back when He created it all he said, do not eat of that tree... you will certainly die! He never wanted us to die, thats why He explained his advice.. He LOVES us and...
The way to true satisfaction is the way of humility. Those that humble themself will be lifted up. Pride has always destroyed and corrupted mankind. God resist the proud and gives Mercy to the humble ( Jac 4,6 ).
Love is the gratest virtue. When we love someone " myself" gets less important. It`s that person we focus on. Love is generous, it does not withold anything.
Nature speak of Gods goodness. How marvellous creation is..!? I am convinsed that nature holds the answer to lots of challenges we face. Immune therapy uses the bodies own"defence system". We still have a long way to go developing medicine from the nature.
The family can be your protection. Be generous to your wife/ husband and children. If you choose to invest your time and resourses into them blessings will come upon you! Lay down your life for them. Make it your interesst helping them and you will be lifted up.
Be generous! Money makes it possible to share joy with others. Helping others, blessing those around you is vital. We need visdom , investing our money into the right things.
Spending time on yourself alone make`s life miserable. "Myself, my hobbies, my interessts, my time"- this attitude will limit us. Investing the time into your children make all of you secure. They need us and we surely need them.
There are times when we must listen. Our toungue is a mighty weapon- the most powerfull of them all! When we get upset our toungh has a way of "getting lively", releasing dangerous words. Silence can in those cases be of help. When we try to understand others listening becomes important.
You are not the center of the univers. Be open to other peoples opinions, based upon respect. Respecting others is the way of love.
